The Holistic Birth Trust Foundation

We are pleased to announce that our training programme Birth and Loving Relationships has become a recognised training by Doula UK. We are also an accredited training with Fedant (Federation of Antenatal Educators).

About the Course Birth and Loving Relationships

Venue - Wells, Somerset

The birth of a baby and parenting offers the opportunity to awaken tenderness and love within ourselves.

Those who offer themselves as assistance in this experience also have the exact same opportunity.

A comprehensive training for childbirth educators, doulas and all practitioners working within this field of pregnancy birth and parenting.

The purpose of the course is to recognise the potential available to everyone in the relationship of parent and child.

The course is open to both men and women.

Training Programme

We bring a unique blend of both academic and intuitive work, hands-on experience and creative projects to enhance the potential for learning.

We create a safe environment assisting all who attend to bring their enthusiasm and doubts surrounding birth to a place of peace of mind.

We always encourage participants to complete the course work in ways which support their individual needs and enthusiasm.

Birth and Loving Relationships

The course is offered by Amanda Rayment with the support of individual tutors for specific modules.
Amanda has worked as a herbalist and birth educator for many years, with extensive experience in the field of pregnancy, birth and babyhood. Being one of the founders of the training programmes, Amanda has presented on all of the programmes so far.

“It is with great joy that I reflect on all the sharing and experiences with the groups who have completed the courses so far and very much look forward to future groups. The depth of the willingness of those who have attended, to fully participate and be open to the course has been wonderful.” Amanda Rayment.
